This isn't a mIRC related issue it's client that connects to IRC. If it required e-mail address for authorization then your best bet would be to go to the server/network help channel for guidance.
If you are logged in use the services help to change your email address or delete it and re-register.
Alternatively register another nickname but there's nothing anyone can do on here unless they are Opers on the network you're on.
