ok i apologize to everyone. what i did was upgraded my mIRC from 6.31 to 6.35 and that when i started seeing the disconnected problem. i remove my mIRC and did a fresh install of mIRC 6.35 and omenserve 2.71. all is good now, again i apologize and thanks for your help.
