First try using a single /join command, e.g.
/join #sourceringer,#sourcescrim
If that still doesn't work then you should use timers - /help /timer. For example:
/timer 1 5 /join #sourceringer
/timer 1 10 /join #sourcescrim
would join #sourceringer in 5 seconds and #sourcescrim 5 seconds after that.
