There is a BIG difference between mass op/voice scripts and mass message scripts.
This is not my argument.
Mass message scripts are often used for spamming. Mass op/voice scripts can only be used by halfops or higher and are therefore handled by people in the channel who control the rules and can do what they want anyhow.
