One week == 7 days
if the 1 off January is on a Tuesday ( like this 2008 year ), one week past only when arrive at the next Tuesday. Not Sunday.
Like i have ask before... what do you want in not how many weeks have past out but how many sundays have past out...
That why i have ask what do you want...
