D3mon is right, you need to be asking in the help channel or website for that network. (read the MOTD, Msg Of The DAy that you see when you connect, it prolly lists the help channels) But just as a maybe, you mite check to see if a spam filter on your email client sent the email from them to trash or some other folder (they usually hold them for you to see for a week). Prolly too late as D3mon said tho, and you will have to start all over, but it may explain what happened to the email.
