Ever consider not everyone pays for the Internet access they are using?
I think it would be better if Khaled considered offering sliding scale payments.
$20 standard
$10 for those who "claim" they are low-incomed.
Those who are not going to pay are probably not going to buy it. They'll just find a way around it (the registration). So why not offer it a bit cheaper and get some more money?
