I really cant see your problem if you have the details but anyway here you go type /server irc.thevault.bz 6667 from any open mirc screen OR if you cant resolve the address type /server 85.17.42.83 6667
either way works
then call up the channel list by doing /list and the rest you can figure out.
Of course you could also be pretty lame and decided to spam your network here but well benefit of the doubt etc.
