I've never heard of that browser, but if it has the same problems as IE, then I'm guessing it's not a great browser. IE's issues are related to not following the rules. IE does many things its own way, which means things show up differently in it than in other browsers. That really isn't a good thing, but they have not bothered to change how they handle that. So for those of us who still prefer to use IE, we just have to accept that some things won't show up correctly for us, unfortunately.
