I am on windows vista and one of my best scripts I made ever is using the write routines to write to a simple text file and send it over the net

Today I go to use the script and I get no errors whatsoever in my script and it does not write to file so I tempted to try and manually type the write command /write jd.txt Hi test and it does not write.

So im thinking their's an issue within Vista is there a way around this?
