1) mIRC is not a filesharing program, per
this sticky Options:
2) Open your remote editor, Alt + R
2a) Ensure that you're looking at the Remotes tab
2b) Click File - Unload
2c) Repeat 2b until all remotes have been unloaded
3) Uninstall mIRC
3a) Download mIRC from
here 3b) Install the newly downloaded version of mIRC.
