I'm not sure if this a bug, but I find it disconcerting that, when I click the Options button or select "Options..." from the "Tools" menu, the mIRC Options dialog appears in the top-left corner; however, when I press alt+o, it is centered.
If I knew now what I will know then... maybe things will have been different...
