First of all, double posting isn't needed
Second of all, as far as I know, mirc uses the same registry entries so it would pick up the locked vs unlocked state. If this is indeed correct, your best bet would be to script a password option for the one you want to lock and use that. Of course another more educated person here may correct my mistaken thinking.
