What are the hosts for them? How is it you determine they are clones? It should be easy to ban them if they aren't just random hosts. Also, keep in mind that you can ban multiple nicks at once, so if you use a timer before banning and you just add the nicks whenever they join within the timespan your timer is set for, you can ban them all at once (up to the network limit... usually around 6).
