Forums Scripts & Popups is it possible to read isin from a .txt

i have a regex that can do that and make an exact match
but i really need a solution for something wtihout any constants
else i could use regex :x

hence my reason for using the blah example.
i am really only sure about the beginning
the end can have variable length/content etc
