When you connect with their program which is basically some kind of automated IRC client, it will prompt for a username and password, then you can connect to it using the information you have registered on their site.

http://www.gamearena.com.au/files/details/html/the-arena-v138 However in Mirc using the above chat server almost connects before it says "bad password" and disconnects. I've seen people using mirc with it but not sure how.
