That's just what I wrote below, but I removed the vowels from the text (except the first/last vowel in a word because you can't change the first and last letters). This wasn't something tested ahead of time... I wrote it, then I removed the vowels. That's pretty easy to read, if you ask me.
For many people, it does. Some people just have trouble reading it that way, but many people do fine without the vowels. It's the same as if you spell words incorrectly... people can usually still read what you wrote.
