Like in mirc 6.17, using a mix of Japanese kana and kanji and normal ascii in UTF8 for a channel topic is still bugged in 6.2: setting the topic to for instance "This is a test topic" followed by setting it to "日本語のtopic" (the mirc board does not support utf8 either it seems, this reads "nihongonotopic" with "nihongo" in kanji, "no" in hiragana, and "topic" as is) will turn the actual topic in this new topic, but the channel window title bar will display garbled nonsense.
This is structurally reproducable.
