I am not sure what is causing the error. But something is not allowing me to connect to others on a request. at times I have to re install mirc in order to be able to send again. I have narrowed it down to my mirc.ini file. each time my server stops I have a backup copy of my mirc.ini file I can put into the mirc folder so I can send again. When I compare the two mirc.ini files I see nothin that would block a connection problem. any insite on this proble would help
FYI = I am using windows xp and the firewall is disabled.
all the port forwarding settings in my router have not changed.
