I would like to see a fourth colour for the switchbar (3 already : message, event, highlight) which would be "requires your attention".
This would, for example, be useful when your nickname is in use and mIRC adds /nick to the editbox. I can't think of any other reasons why mIRC itself might use it, but it could be handy for scripts.
