Anyway, a shell is an account on someone elses server. This would be online 24/7. You can get a account on it, by paying for it. Try searching the Internet for Shell account, or Eggdrop bot hosting. The eggdrop is a channel bot programmed in TCL I think. Dont know where you can get these, but try searching the Internet again for Eggdrop bot download. You get the idea.
