Are you putting this into remotes or aliases?
make SURE you put it into remotes..
on *:TEXT:!help:#Channel: {
msg $nick I would be glad to help you!
}
and if it doesn't work, then try to do: File -> New
Because sometimes it interferes with other scripts, and doesn't trigger sometimes
