If such a worm exists then noone has posted about it here.

"Patch" is probably a virus, don't touch it.

Edit: I uploaded the file to the wonderful Jotti's malware scan, both AntiVir and NOD32 think it is questionable. Probably a program that downloads and installs a trojan onto your computer.
