While it can be used for that, and some people do, mIRC is mainly meant for Internet Relay Chat (that's what the IRC in mIRC stands for). If you're looking for scripts for that purpose, I suggest you search the internet for the terms "Counter-Strike" "mIRC"
If you enter the terms into whatever search engine you prefer, exactly as I have them above, including the quotes, you should get a decent list of possibilities.
