OP xrn0id Fjord artisan X Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 237 USA	i found out that some channels topics are changed by chanserv right when i join, and some dont. like right when i join #test, it says chanserv changes topic 'new topic', insed ot topice is 'old topic'
