Forums Developers Just *trying* to start a virtual game . . .

I am trying to start my own virtual site.
But I am not good at these codes, so help is needed.

This is what I would like to have:

A virtual site, where you can care for animals, or such as something like that.
Where players can have an accont, login, idems, "pets", ect.

Someone out in this cyber world must be someone who can help me with this "dream".
