Yeah, you do, and SAM is correct. Personally, I find that using Microsoft Sam is a waste of time and resources, especially if there's a fair bit of chatter on the channel, and you're using it to read out what's "said" in the channel. I've seen it lag anywhere up to 3 minutes.
