Ban evading simply results in you're entire ISP being banned or you being reported to an IRC Operator of the network, where your ISP can be contacted and, although rare and generally in extreme cases, it is possible for an ISP to terminate/suspend your account for continued abuse of an IRC network. All in all, not worth it for the sake of being lame!
