variables work the same in the old mirc as the new one.. so you can script a addon that disable commands in it.. i did it for 6.03 .. and it also work for older mirc version, and i tested it on the latest version.. could lock down that too.. and you dont need much more the some variables, a cupple of lines with codes, then a "enable/disable" in popups.. done..
