If you mean picture windows then read the helpfile, noone in their right mind is going to explain every command to you. /help Custom Windows (-p switch) and /help Picture Windows.
In brief:
/window -p [color:green]@Name[/color] opens a picture window
/drawdot, /drawrect, /drawpic, etc. draws in it.
