Small (IMHO :P) suggestion:
make the Help > Text files (Help files too? :P) able to open ANY .txt or .hlp files in any subdirectory of the \mirc\ directory.

Would be a neat addition.

include subdirectories .. good suggestion

not that its to counter this as it sounds a good idea, but does windows still have that was it SET DATAPATH= where like the path statment u can add data paths to check after the current folder?, I cant even remeber if thats the right wording.

Agreed.

Script help/text files in subdirectories would be more obvious/easily accessible for a start. (Then all we'd need to do was convince people to use files with suitably distinctive names, otherwise some people will end up with several readme.txt's...)

This would certainly allow me to make my directories neater, too!
