Firewall settings: If in doubt leave it turned off. You will usually know, or be told by a network administrator, if you need to use that to connect.
Does the same thing happen when you connect to other servers?

I interpret that kill reason as meaning that you have another connection or someone using your network (if you have one) has connected to the same server.
This won't have anything to do with your firewall settigns given that you can connect elsewhere. If you can connect to a server at all it means that your settings are okay. You'll need to find out Pacific's policy on clones though. Alot of servers only permit one connection per IP, some allow slightly more.

The best thing to do then is look up on the Austnet site for the admin's email address (for the Pacific server) and ask them why you are getting that message. Sometimes bans are put on for a reason, but there's a very slight chance this may be wrongly set or too widely set or even on when it perhaps shouldn't be.

its possible that your last disconnect could have left a "ghost" connection lagged on there that hasnt pinged out yet. (you didnt say how long ago the disconnects were or if the disconnect msg is always the same)
Try what Watchdog suggests, and it mite not hurt to check austnet's website to be sure you are always trying valid servers. Another thing to try is increasing your "if not connected in ___ secs" time a little bit in file/options/connect/options (click on Retry button)
