"K-lined" means banned, and "bots/clones (chan teamnil8)." is the reason why you were banned. So you, or someone with a similar host were banned from the server for bots(perhaps floodbots) or clones(too many connections from the same IP).

You can try emailing one of the Opers/Admins here about it, although I doubt they will unban you.
