While i can understand your frustration, posting the same question every 3 minutes isnt going to get you an answer any faster.
We have answered your other
threads asking the same thing and the answer hasnt changed. You will need to talk to your sysadmin to see if thats where the problem is (which is likely). If the school is blocking you from using IRC we arent going to help you evade the school's policies.
