Win properties of the DLL says, for example, 3.1.3/3.1.3.0 while mIRC "//echo $sslversion" reports 3.1.0.3.

Why is that? Is it correct?

What does $ssldll return for that $sslversion?

Thanks, this is a bug in the $sslversion/$ssldll identifiers. It looks like this was introduced a short time after v7.31. This has been fixed for the next version.
