-i have a window that stretches across the top of my mirc (@snotice) well it's xywh == 0 0 (variable) 54 ,
-and i want it to always be shown, but when i go to arrange my windows with the cascade/tile buttons the channel windows covers up the @snotice window
-i was wondering if there was a way to get the windows to arrange themselves around the @snotice window
