no, nothing "happens" if you dont register mIRC. Unlike most shareware software designers, Khaled trusts ppl to do the right thing and register it if they continue to use it. He evens allows ppl who cant afford the $20 to pay less. Once paid for, you are entitled to upgrade to all new versions without charge. Over the past 3 years you could have managed to find the cost by giving up something else or asking for it as a gift. I am well aware that $20 is a lot of money for many ppl and may take some planning and time to find. It isnt too late to do the honest thing and register. The fact that you seem so proud of yourself for using something for 3 years that you didnt pay for is disgraceful. I agree with Poppy, shame on you.
