I have very little experience with IRC outside of basic channel joining and chatting. I have a counter-strike team that i would like to advertise for more players in a channel that is made for this type of advertising. The limits on the channel is 3 lines per 30 seconds. I know there is a way to setup IRC to automatically display my message 3 times within 30 seconds, but im not sure how to set that up. Can anyone help me?
