the new version of mirc 7.22 doesnt read arabic like the oldest version hope it would be considered later
Arabic works you just need to use Unicode (and make sure the users speaking to you are using it too). mIRC no longer supports codepages.

mIRC has supported Unicode since 6.17, meaning even old versions can use UTF-8 over IRC. Tell those users to enable unicode, or use 6.35 if you absolutely need to speak to these people. Again, mIRC no longer supports codepages and it's not likely to be added back.
