well improved selecting in channel windows mainly says it.
if you try to copy something in the channel window where you have to scroll down for, and you scroll, the selected text moves with it, so you unselected the top part, which is quite annoying.
also ctrl+a to select all text doesnt work, would be nice to have that

Ctrl+A probably isn't likely to happen since the channel buffer (rightfully) never attains focus after you let go of the mouse. Perhaps it could (only) work while the mouse button is selecting in the channel buffer though.

Might I add that you can't scroll by clicking on the mousewheel in the chat buffer, yet you can in the nicklist

I posted a bug report on that awhile back and it is supposed to be fixed in the next version. It's related to the type of mouse you have.
