Is it possible to start MIRC locked?? I can lock it when i press ctrl+minimize or start locked with password. I want to start mirc minimized and locked without promting password at start or by command lock it. Thanks for answers

I agree, this would be a nice feature.

I suggested in the past that new flags be added to /showmirc, allowing it to be minimized and locked at the same time. That would at least allow for a scripted solution on startup, but I agree that a built-in Lock Dialog solution would be more secure.
