After installing the 7.23 beta, double clicking any URL:s that have a ~ in them, behave strangely. Clicking the beginning of the URL works, but only the part of the URL before the ~-character is sent to the browser.
mIRC doesn't recognize anything after the ~ as part of the url, so double clicking anything after a ~ -character will result in the mIRC channel central popup window to open.
an example url would be like this (not an actual working url):
http://www.site.domain/~user/sample.jpg
which would result in
http://www.site.domain/ being opened in the browser.
This didn't happen in the stable version.
