i think that the mirc program is advanced enough to add a send/receive control to any of the sends/receives that in prograss (kbs control) i'v been waiting for that thing long time but u dont add it.. why why why?? confused confused

cuz DCC in mIRC is designed to send files so small that control isn't needed.
Its designed to send pictures, small text files, and generally things under 2ish mb, not to allow people to send others huge files that would require speed capping/throttling.

get an FTP server if you want that kind of control. I'm sure theres a freeware one on the net somewhere.
