Forums Connection Issues I cant connect!!! open proxy????

i cant connect to mirc,
it say that i use an open proxy and thats not allowed.
and they send me to a page but they didnt told me how to fix it.
Some one help,please

Many networks scan for open proxy, and also have info about them on their websites (what they are, why they are dangerous, how to secure etc). Try going to the website of the network you are on to look, one such example is here
