I assume you didnt read the post at the top of this forum titled "Cant DCC send"
here It will explain the likely problems and give you some helpful linksys urls. Using the search feature here, all forums, expand the date range, with the word linksys or the word router or the word dcc will give you many more to read and prolly a few more urls if the ones in the thread i mentioned dont help you.
