Forums mIRC Help Channels Folder Not Popping Up According to FAQ

I downloaded the newest version last night and registered.
In the mIRC FAQ it says under Using mIRC:

"The mIRC Channels Folder will pop up. It shows a selection of the most popular IRC Channels available all over the world. You might want to try some of them? You can double-click on any channel suggested in the list. Or you can select more channels and hit the Join button. "

The mIRC Channels Folder did not pop up with a selection of the most popular Channels. In the previous version I had this folder did pop up. How do I configure to get these channels again?

Go To the Favorites icon, 3rd one in on the Toolbar and once you open it, you'll see the option box at the bottom, which needs to be checked if you want Favorites List to auto pop up on connect.

I don't have the Options option under the Favorites icon.

Open Favorites (3rd icon from left)
At the bottom select 'Pop up favorites on connect'

Unfortunately I don't seem to have the Options option under Favorites. There is:

Recent Channels
Add to Favorites
Organize Favorites
and below that two rooms that I have subscribed to.

ok you're looking in the menu
in the menu, all the way at the bottom click 'more...'

once favorites opens, see at the bottom where it says 'Pop up favorites on connect' .. select that & click Ok

I do see that Pop up Favorites on connect is clicked, but I'm not getting the list of most popular rooms like I did before downloading the new version. There was a whole page of them that seemed to have come with the program at that time.
