I'm really new to scripting, but I've managed to glean some scripts over the past few days from the depths of Google including URL blockers, letter/symbol repetition blockers, sub notifications, etc.
I'm having a terrible time finding a working script for emote spam (I got ahold of something called JSON for mIRC but can't find a working script to go with it). I've given up on it.
What I'm focusing on now is a script that will allow me to timeout someone for posting the same message in x amount of minutes. The Twitch channels that I moderate usually run on a pretty intense slow mode when they're live due to an enormous fan base, but I'm constantly seeing people posting the same things over and over every time they're off slowmode cooldown. All of the scripts I've found just don't work.
Is there a way to accomplish this?
