I am hoping I can get some help with an issue I am having. I am pretty sure I am using the same router as I did the last time I downloaded with mIRC but not positive. The problem I am having is I can connect to the server and type the send command and I get the message download started and it just sets there saying accepting send. Nothing downloads after a little bit and I get download failed. I have no file types ignored in the DCC setting. Everything seems to go fine until it tries to download the file. Using a Netgear WGR614v9 router and running Norton

Problems downloading within mIRC are usually on the sender's end.

I had thought that might be the case but it happened with about 8 or more files I tried. I guess it could just be a run of bad connections. Will experiment more. Thanks

If you tried 8 more files on the same sender, that doesn't really mean very much.
