two features which i would like are add to favorites for one. i want to be able to add chanels to favorites and access them quickly. second i would like is full screen view

Umm care to actually explain what you mean? What kind of favorites? As far as I know, mIRC has nothing called "favorites." And what would the purpose of full screen mode be? Full screen is usually for games and console programs, generally not for chat programs.

You can script it, or just program aliases that join individual channels.

Click third button from the left, there is your "favourites", unless you use the default list you have to ad your own though, with the "add" button.
