what I want it to do is notice on channel #renegade the ip and /msg #renegade the ip

here is what it needs to say

8A7T4T13E11N9T8I7O4N RENEGADE IP IS GOOD LUCK BOTTING


leaving ip blank it needs to be filled in with a number that would pop up so I put the number in so I can notice and send it to the channel

Why do you want the same information sent to the channel using both notice and msg? Seems like a duplication of effort to me.

doesnt have to be sent to both but their always those people that doesnt pay attention
